Getting Started

You can get up and running with Door Tablet quickly:
  1. Open the Apple App Store, Google Play or Microsoft Store
  2. Search for "Door Tablet"
  3. Install the application on your tablets - the application itself is free. The server component requires a license.

Using a browser instead
You may also try the Door Tablet app on your browser. To do so click on the link below:

Try Door Tablet with the demo server
  1. Once the app is installed you can try it with our demo server. This shows you how Door Tablet works without performing further installations or configurations. Please be aware that other evaluators may be accessing the same server at the same time so their actions may affect you
  2. Click on the yellow button to connect to the Demo Server

  4. Look at meeting spaces and Neighbourhoods. Click here Database 'dt.HELP', View 'Help Documents', Document 'Configure Neighborhoods' for more information on how to configure neighbourhoods
  5. Look at room configuration. Click here Database 'dt.HELP', View 'Help Documents', Document 'Configure rooms' for more information on how to configure meeting spaces
  6. Check the system profile. Click here Database 'dt.HELP', View 'Help Documents', Document 'System Setup' for more information on the system profile
  7. Add a meeting reservation as if it was booked using your Calendaring and Scheduling system
  8. Add ad-hoc reservations from the standard meeting space display. Click here Database 'dt.HELP', View 'Help Documents', Document 'Ad-hoc Reservation' for more information on how to make ad-hoc reservations
  9. Ask for assistance or report an issue with the meeting space. Click here Database 'dt.HELP', View 'Help Documents', Document 'Request Assistance' for more information on how to request assistance
  10. Check the status of other meeting spaces
  11. Look at Neighbourhood displays, which you can connect to large TVs in central locations. There are two relevant documents for this.
