Door Tablet may run as a stand alone Meeting Centre.  You do not need any external scheduling system to manage current and future room bookings. Installation of the server is fast and easy.
 
You will need to create locations and rooms yourself, using the simple interface provided by the Door Tablet Web User Interface.

Microsoft Office 365
With an account on Office 365 you can create meeting rooms and connect to these rooms for the Door Tablet server. Any bookings made in Office 365 will be seen in Door Tablet and all functions performed on tablets will reflect in Office 365

Use a browser interface to access the Door Tablet Web UI and manage current and future reservations
Door Tablet Server
The Door Tablet server operates as a stand alone system with its own scheduling and calendaring system. No connection to an external system is required. In this mode you create meeting rooms and locations directly in Door Tablet using the Web UI
Door Tablet Clients
Use a variety of clients to connect to the Door Tablet Server. Use Android tablets, Apple iPads tablets or Microsoft Surface tablets. You can also use any modern browser on any display to connect as a client to the server. Use large TV screens to greet guests and display a room group schedule
Administration
Use a web browser to to administer the Door Tablet server, control tablet functionality and branding at room level and perform all admin functions
