Google Calendar and Door Tablet, Connected

Door Tablet connects to your Google Workspace resource calendars using Google's APIs. Employees can continue scheduling meetings in Google Calendar, while Door Tablet provides real-time room availability and interactive functionality to book, check in and manage meetings directly at the room.

GETTING STARTED

How to Connect Door Tablet to Google Workspace

Your Google Workspace administrator will need to prepare the resource calendars, configure the appropriate Google API access and connect your Door Tablet environment.

Prepare Google Workspace

Configure the room resources and Google API permissions required for Door Tablet to access the relevant calendars.

Configure Door Tablet

Enter the relevant Google Workspace authentication and connection settings into the Door Tablet system profile, then test the connection.

Connect Your Meeting Rooms

Import or configure room resources, connect your Door Tablet displays and verify that bookings and availability are synchronising correctly.
