Setup for Google

To connect your Door Tablet server with Google G Suite you will need to follow these steps:
  1. Prepare Google G Suite. See here Database 'Door Tablet HELP', View 'Help Documents', Document 'Prepare Google Calendar'
  2. Insert your settings to the Door Tablet system profile
  3. Test your connection
  4. Synchronise the Door Tablet system meeting spaces with the Google G Suite room resources

Update your Google G Suite settings into Door Tablet
Initial user name and password are:
Username: dtwebadmin
Password: password

The system dashboard will open, click on System Profile

The system profile opens, ready for your update. Please note the following:
In order to authenticate with your Google G Suite project, a P12 file that you have obtained while preparing Google Calendar is required to be placed on the server. The System Profile allows you to perform this task as follows:
  1. Select the technology used, Google G Suite
  2. You will see the file upload control, use to it select your P12 file
  3. Save the system profile

Before you continue, submit the form to ensure the P12 file is placed in the correct folder.

Your are now ready to re-open the system profile and add the rest of the details:
  1. Enter the Service email. It Looks like this
  2. Enter the account user email
  3. You are now ready to test the connection to Google G Suite

Save the System Profile

You are now ready to open Door Tablet clients which are connected to Google G Suite
