Configuration

To start using BOOKER, perform the following tasks:
  1. Modify the System Profile to indicate your operational mode Database 'Door Tablet HELP', View 'Help Documents', Document 'Operation modes'
  2. Set up general features of BOOKER (towards the bottom of the system profile form)
  3. Configure login types to BOOKER
  4. Create a CSV file with desks and import these to Door Tablet
  5. Enable active desks and perform various configurations on each
  6. Create a directory structure by assigning a path for areas that contain desks
  7. Create floor plans using graphics from your buildings
  8. Import users if you are using Door Tablet for authentication
  9. Setup rules for users
  10. Assign dedicated desks
  11. Assign disabled desks
  12. Create help notes that will show to users in BOOKER
