Core Setup

Door Tablet allows you to configure the system from a Web UI, available for all platforms. Some security measures can only be edited from the the Web UI - not the Tablet.

We recommend that you use the Web UI for initial installations. For information about the Web UI click here Database 'dt.HELP', View 'Help Documents', Document 'Web UI'

The first step you must perform either through the Web UI or the Notes UI is to set the Time Zones applicable in your organisation. If the organisation uses a single Door Tablet server with meeting spaces on different Time Zones, each of these parts must be set with the correct Time Zone. For more details about Time Zone set-up and on-going usage, see here Database 'Door Tablet HELP', View 'Help Documents', Document 'Time Zones'.

In the Web UI go to "System Profile":


The System Set-up is a large form. When you begin, focus on configuring connectivity to your scheduling software only.

Once the connection with your scheduling system is established, you may go and Synchronise your rooms....


IP Access restrictions
Note: you cannot modify the IP addresses or range from the tablet level. This must be done from the Notes database. To see how to edit IP addresses, click here Database 'dt.HELP', View 'Help Documents', Document 'System Setup Domino/Notes'
