Buttonless display In this video We will show what the Door Tablet buttonless display looks like We will explain the very simple ways to turn on the buttonless display option using the CMS or local settings Door Tablet’s buttonless display option offers a cleaner interface that allows you to brand your displays without the interruption of buttons This is an example of the buttonless display As you can see on this display there are not the usual buttons for example the 'Check-in' button and the 'Help' button In this room a meeting is about to begin and as check-in is enabled there is a flashing exclamation mark What’s important to note here is that although the buttons are not visible you will still get an alert that something needs to be done If we tap on the exclamation mark or the crosshairs the buttons that are normally on the display are now shown If we don’t engage with any of the buttons the screen will revert back Let’s check in to this room In this environment, the check in is controlled by a PIN So, we can enter our PIN and the system will check us in The exclamation mark has now disappeared If we tap on ‘Nearby’ we have same functionality as a normal display which allows us to see other rooms and their schedules So, the functionality of Door Tablet is still maintained in the buttonless display Now we will show how to set this up very easily On the CMS, we go to 'Spaces' and find the workspace we want to make buttonless and tick 'Use Buttonless' If we want to make all our displays buttonless, we go back to the list of spaces and select 'All' Then click on the 'Settings Cloner' button and the bottom of the display We will then use the workspace that we turned on buttonless as our template For the area to clone, select 'Times, Displays, Locks' We can also turn on buttonless locally on the device but please note any changes from the CMS override changes made in the local settings We need to leave the room, so we unlock the room by tapping on the padlock and then tap the padlock again to leave Tap on ‘Local Settings’ Next to ‘Display’ make sure ‘Buttonless’ is checked This pop up may look different from device to device but the buttonless option is always there If we untick 'Buttonless' we will notice that the system resumes to the normal display where buttons show on the body of the screen, as we can see here If we want to engage buttonless again we simply go to local settings and tick the box We are now back to buttonless Thank you for watching
