Scheduling

Works the same as our standard architecture. A server is required and can be deployed in the cloud, on-premise, or on a multi-tenant server.

Connects to a wide range of backend scheduling platforms, including Microsoft 365, Exchange, Microsoft GCC High, LibCal, Building Engines Prism, HCL Domino and Google Workspace. We can also work with proprietary systems - please contact us if you use a different platform.

The Door Tablet server acts as an intelligent proxy between the scheduling platform and the endpoints.

No add-ons or new booking apps are required - users continue to book through their existing scheduling platform, with information automatically displayed on the ePaper displays.

Schedule can also come from Door Tablet BOOKER, our hotdesking system.
