Distributing business rules In this video We will explain how to distribute business rules to achieve consistency amongst your spaces We will show how easily this is done using our settings cloner Door Tablet offers a rich set of business rules that can be distributed across your spaces There are plenty of business rules we discuss many of the most common in our business rules video You may wish to have your business rules consistent across a group of resources If we open this space we can see the business rules surrounding reservations This space allows booking from the tablet, offers the subject on the booking and certain durations are set that are related to check-in If we look at another space We can see bookings are not allowed from the tablet and no rules have been set in relation to the check-in If we want to establish consistency we can make a whole set of workspaces have the same configuration We need to pick a workspace to be our template so in this case we are using ‘Central Park’ We are going to apply the exact same rules in ‘Central Park’ to several other spaces So, we select the workspaces we want to modify Then scroll down Click on ‘Settings Cloner’ We select the resource that is being used as the template Then select the groups of settings we want to clone In this case we are selecting ‘Reservation, Meeting Processing’ Then click ‘Clone Settings’ And there it is, the settings have now been changed If we go into one of these spaces We can now see the same settings as 'Central Park' Thank you for watching Centralised administration makes it easier to configure meeting rooms, displays and workspace resources.
