Using the Quotation Tool for partners In this video We will show where to access our quotation tool and how to build a quote We will explain how to see your discounts and totals in the quote We will show how you can access our pricing lists Finally, we will explain some of the other features on your dashboard that you will see as an approved partner Business partners can make quotes directly from the Door Tablet website To do this you must first be approved as a business partner We can approve this after we have confirmed that your company qualifies Log in to the portal If you’re already approved you will see some extra lines on the dashboard We will come back to these later Click on ‘Get Quote’ The prices and discounts shown here are for illustrative purposes only Every Door Tablet installation requires a server If we come here and add a server you will see a running total on the right-hand side The pricing is a SAAS model, so this is the monthly price We can also see the calculations on an annual basis These are shown in the current currency we support three currencies which you can see here As you add items the total in the top right will be updated It shows not only the retail price but also the reseller price And the discount that generated that reseller price Now let’s add some rooms, we are adding 20 rooms If we click out, we can see the numbers have updated The quotation tool maintains the integrity of the items automatically for us So, if we change the kind of server we want, and add an enterprise server The standard server license will reset to zero Door Tablet recommends that any system with over 10 spaces uses an Enterprise server Let’s add some more items We are going to add 100 Hot Desk Licenses Now we will expand the hardware section Let’s say we are going to use the Door Tablet AIO+ so we will add 20, one for each room If we want to extend the warranty, we can do that here On the right we can see all the items we have selected What’s important in this group of numbers is that it very clearly shows the partner discount what will be the initial partner price and the price ongoing This will change because we are asking for 20 AIO+ devices so we will need to ask our account manager for a quote as these are supplied directly from the factory Tick this box so we can let you know the cost for delivery We click here to get the system to send the quote directly to our mailbox When this is done, we can leave the system but we can come back to it later if we want to make modifications As a partner you can also review the price list without generating a quote To access this, open the dashboard and scroll down to see further options Next to where it says ‘Partners’ you will find ‘Price List’ When we look at the price list, we see that the standard price is on the left and the annual total that is discounted on the right Again, we use a SAAS model so when paid annually the total is discounted These prices will also be in line with the discount that was agreed with you If an item does not have a discounted price, it means that it can’t be discounted and it is sold as is We recommend that you come to this list and explore all the items that we have to offer and their prices Going back to the dashboard you will see some other options that are relevant for partners The partner terms and conditions can be accepted and reviewed here When you start selling Door Tablet to end users they will be associated with your firm and will appear here in ‘Partners Accounts’ You will be able to track them and see when they’re coming up for renewal And as always, also make revenue out of that If we have attached any documents to your account, they will appear here For example, your contract, which can be viewed at any time Thank you for watching Door Tablet combines meeting room software with purpose-built workplace display hardware.
