Real time connection to your scheduling system
Door Tablet brings an innovative solution based on industry standard technologies. Our software integrates directly with your corporate scheduling system. For organisations that hire rooms and wish to have a dedicated system for the spaces they hire, use Door Tablet in Meeting Centre mode. We currently connect in real time to:
- Microsoft Exchange: 2007SP3, 2010, 1013, 2016, Office 365
- IBM Domino: 8.5.3 upwards, including V9.x
- Google G Suite: API V3 and up
- Any scheduling server: using DTSI implementation
- Text or CSV files you share with Door Tablet

Many organisations have developed bespoke reservation systems in various sectors, from hospitals to accountancy firms and educational institutions. The software we use allows such organisations to connect to the Door Stablet server, check a room status, create new appointments, extend existing meetings and more. Near Field Communication (NFC/HID)
The Door Tablet AIO hardware makes excellent use of Near Field Communication (NFC). With the scan of a card, Door Tablet will recognise your identity when performing common tasks such as reserving meeting rooms, extending and terminating reservations, checking in and more. We even provide tools for users' self registration - to make your roll-outs easy.

Motion Sensors for more automation
Let Door Tablet improve your performance by sensing movements in your rooms. Our sensors, placed on your internal network, tell the Door Tablet system when to check-in to meetings and cancel meetings in room that are left empty over a certain amount of time. The sensors are installed in the ceilings of your rooms and are simple to manage.
